SINGLE CONSULTATION
During your initial nutritional consultation, we will discuss your medical history, including relevant family history and your current diet and lifestyle. Please bring copies of any medical reports or recent pathology tests to your initial consultation.
Testing will provide a picture of your health status including nutrient and hormone levels indicating beneficial dietary or herbal medicines and nutritional supplements.
Follow-up consultations are usually at monthly intervals depending on the conditions being treated. These appointments include reviews and ongoing health assessments.
COUPLE'S CONSULTATION
It is recommended that both partners attend, where possible. The consultation will involve an assessment of the medical history and a discussion of your fertility journey. Testing both partners will provide a picture of health status along with nutrient and hormone levels indicating where targeted treatment is needed.
REMOTE CONSULTATIONS
Much of my work is remote, so don’t feel you need a clinic visit to reap the benefits of Making Babies’ fertility care. Simply posting a saliva sample for testing and a follow-up Skype or phone conversation makes it all possible.

Why choose Making Babies Preconception Care program?
Visits include tracking of gut health, hormone status, and nutrient levels. This information allows for tailored biochemical balancing to ensure you and your baby have access to all your needs during this most important time.
The ‘Making Healthy Babies’ eCourse has a ‘less is more’ focus when it comes to prescribing. It takes approximately three months to create real functional changes in fertility for both men and women, so it is generally considered to be after this point that fertility increases and will continue to increase with further support. Often, just several appointments are all that are necessary for a pregnancy to occur.
