A Gentle, Proven Path to Parenthood
preparing the Body, Nurturing New life
I’m Deborah, a natural fertility practitioner with a Master’s degree in Reproductive Medicine and more than a decade of clinical experience supporting couples on their journey to parenthood. Over the years, I’ve helped many families conceive and welcome healthy babies using my Making Healthy Babies protocol — a holistic, evidence-informed approach with a pregnancy and live-birth success rate of more than 90 per cent.
My work focuses on preparing the body for conception in the most natural and supportive way possible. By reducing environmental toxins, calming internal and external stress, restoring hormonal balance, and strengthening overall health, I help create the optimal conditions for pregnancy and a thriving baby.
I understand that fertility challenges can feel overwhelming and deeply emotional. My role is to offer clarity, compassion, and practical guidance — walking beside you with experience, and confidence.
Because every family’s story deserves the chance to begin.
FACILITATING AND SUPPORTING COUPLES TO BECOME PREGNANT HAS TO BE ONE OF THE MOST REWARDING JOBS
What I’m best at is making babies, my four and yours. Overcoming your fertility challenges is what drives me and consumes most daylight hours, as I am shown, continually, that my preconception care program moves subfertility to superfertility!
I am a clinical fertility nutritionist dedicated to understanding—and helping resolve—the modern subfertility conundrum.
The Making Babies preconception care eCourse, Making Healthy Babies, is a unique program developed using the principles of nutritional biochemistry to ensure the body has the nutrients required to balance hormones, support conception, sustain pregnancy, and significantly reduce the risk of miscarriage. Conception often occurs within a few weeks to several months for many couples who follow the program, with consistently encouraging success rates.
For some, the journey involves carefully investigating the underlying causes of subfertility or miscarriage—factors that, in many cases, can be corrected with the right nutritional and lifestyle support. Now more than ever, guidance is needed as couples and individuals face increasing fertility challenges and enter the world of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, IUI, ICSI, and embryo, egg, and sperm cryopreservation.
My hope is that you choose to invest in the Making Healthy Babies eCourse as preparation for every pregnancy—especially prior to ART procedures—to help create the optimal conditions for conception and greatly enhance the likelihood of success.
